Dennis Griffin of Rockwall, Texas, owns this 1997 Kenworth T600 powered by a 425hp Cummins and Eaton Super 13 transmission. He painted the truck a pearlescent black with red flakes and sprayed black Line-X to the steps and catwalk. He plans to add an APU, a wood steering wheel and custom flooring in the cab. As he continues to customize, Griffin maintains a hot-rod look by keeping his rig chrome-free.

BARNEY TOO
The 18-speed Eaton Fuller trans and 475hp Caterpillar keep the wheels moving, and the stainless drop visor keeps the sun out of Richard and Christy Jewell's eyes as they run ol' Barney Too, their super-clean 2002 Kenworth W900L, across 11 Western states for Sprinter Trucking, based in Roseburg, Ore.
Git R Done
The boyz at Defalcos Service Center in Edison, NJ, call this old workhorse Git R Done because the daycab 1999 Kenworth W900L does just that day after day hauling heavy equipment in the northeast. It's powered by a 475hp Caterpillar, and they've added just enough bling make their KW look good anywhere it's needed. Driver Mark Maida says the six-inch strait stacks, custom drop visor, and painted dash are just the beginning.

Rolan Mask bought this 2005 Peterbilt 379X, powered by a 500hp Caterpillar, from Werner. "I have done a number of my own customizations to make a whole new truck," Mask says. He's shy about talkin', but we can see those stacks ain't stock, nor are the drop visor and tapered boltless-style deer buster.
PETE'S PETE
Pete Lassen of Peoria, Ariz., added a bit of flash to his ride with a stainless custom drop visor and chrome bumper. The additions make Pete's Pete, a teal-green 1996 379, powered by a 435hp Caterpillar backed by a 10-speed Fuller, stand a little taller on the roads.
